Auction result misses estimated price range
In November last year a collector was able to acquire the work "Composition Néoplasticiste". by Franciska Clausen for SEK 160,000.00 (€ 14,584.91). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Art + Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 200,000.00 – 250,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Franciska Clausen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Éléments mécaniques", which sold at auction in October 2012 for SEK 305,000.00 (€ 35,471.14).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Composition Néoplasticiste". von Franciska Clausen für SEK 160.000,00 (€ 14.584,91) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 200.000,00 – 250.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Franciska Clausen mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Éléments mécaniques" beobachtet, die im Oktober 2012 für SEK 305.000,00 (€ 35.471,14) versteigert wurde.
