Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frank Owen Salisbury achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Sen Sisters in September 2005 with an auction result of GBP 96,000.00 (€ 140,887.05).

Die Arbeit St Cecilia von Frank Owen Salisbury kam im März 2013 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.750,00 (€ 5.630,99) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 58%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frank Owen Salisbury erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Sen Sisters im September 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 96.000,00 (€ 140.887,05).
