In the Old Master & 19th Century European Art, Including Property from The Forbes Collection: The Panorama of Champigny auction, the work Baby'S Corner sold for USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,491.61) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Francis John Wyburd have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Xarifa: the Zegri lady rose not, etc. in July 2021 with an auction result of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 80,623.63).
