In November 2003 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction TWENTIETH CENTURY ART INCLUDING BELGIAN ART, which included this untitled work by Francina Ndimande. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 836.50 39% above the upper estimate. Other works by Francina Ndimande have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 1,434.00 in December 2002 for the work without title.
