Upper estimate price exceeded by 67 %.
In December last year Il Ponte held the auction 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Paesaggio by Francesco Paolo Michetti. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,000.00 67% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francesco Paolo Michetti achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bimba Al Sole (1870-1875) in June 2001 with an auction result of EUR 147,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 67 % übertroffen
Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paesaggio von Francesco Paolo Michetti zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.000,00 und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francesco Paolo Michetti erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bimba Al Sole (1870-1875) im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 147.000,00.
