The price achieved of GBP 3,840.00 (€ 5,703.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,500.00 – 4,500.00. Admittedly, works by Francesco Monti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Achille Trascina Il Corpo Di Ettore in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 34,350.00.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.840,00 (€ 5.703,29) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.500,00 – 4.500,00 angegeben worden.
