Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Il casolare di montagna by Francesco Filippini was auctioned at Il Ponte in June 2020, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 700.00 – 800.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francesco Filippini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ai Piedi Del Ghiacciaio in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 102,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Il casolare di montagna von Francesco Filippini im Juni 2020 bei Il Ponte versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 700,00 – 800,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 600,00 den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francesco Filippini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ai Piedi Del Ghiacciaio im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 102.250,00.
