A top price for Fortunato Duranti - as previously expected
In January 2017 Christies in New York held the auction Old Master Drawings, which included the work The Holy Family outside a temple, with classical architecture behind by Fortunato Duranti. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 18,000.00 – 25,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 18,750.00 (€ 17,370.76) could thus just exceed the lower estimate.
