Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Caraffa paesana by Fortunato Depero was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in May this year. The result of EUR 3,500.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 3,500.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fortunato Depero achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ballerina in November last year with an auction result of EUR 200,000.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Caraffa paesana von Fortunato Depero wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 3.500,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.500,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fortunato Depero erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ballerina im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 200.000,00.
