Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work View of Alexandravej by Folmer Bendtsen for DKK 7,000.00 (€ 939.74). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Folmer Bendtsen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View from Alexandravej, Nordvest in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 11,500.00 (€ 10,050.69).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit View of Alexandravej von Folmer Bendtsen für DKK 7.000,00 (€ 939,74) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Folmer Bendtsen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit View from Alexandravej, Nordvest im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 11.500,00 (€ 10.050,69).
