Despite a disappointment, a good price for Flo Brooks
In July 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work Full of Sediment, Full of Doubt by Flo Brooks for HKD 30,000.00 (€ 3,286.90). This price was achieved in the auction Modern and Contemporary Art Day Sale at Christies in Hong Kong and was even below the estimate range of HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Full of Sediment, Full of Doubt is the most expensive artwork by Flo Brooks that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Flo Brooks
Im Juli 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Full of Sediment, Full of Doubt von Flo Brooks für HKD 30.000,00 (€ 3.286,90) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist Full of Sediment, Full of Doubt das teuerste Kunstwerk von Flo Brooks, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
