The work Vision of Saint Veronica (?) by Filippo Tarchiani was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2019. The result of GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,181.88) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Filippo Tarchiani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tobia E L'Angelo in June 2011 with an auction result of EUR 58,350.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Vision of Saint Veronica (?) von Filippo Tarchiani kam im Dezember 2019 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.000,00 (€ 1.181,88) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Filippo Tarchiani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tobia E L'Angelo im Juni 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 58.350,00.
