Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2008 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Old Master Paintings, which included the work La Disputa Tra Apollo E Marsia by Filippo Lauri. The price achieved of EUR 12,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Filippo Lauri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bacchanale Avec Offrande À La Statue Du Dieu Pan in June 2007 with an auction result of EUR 72,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2008 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit La Disputa Tra Apollo E Marsia von Filippo Lauri zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 12.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Filippo Lauri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bacchanale Avec Offrande À La Statue Du Dieu Pan im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 72.000,00.
