Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Study of a gypsy girl leaning against a wall; and Study of a gypsy girl carrying wood by Filippo Indoni was sold in the At Home-British and Continental Pictures and Works on Paper auction at Christies in London in October 2003. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,645.00 (€ 2,402.67). Admittedly, works by Filippo Indoni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The River Crossing in November 2004 with an auction result of GBP 14,340.00 (€ 20,628.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Study of a gypsy girl leaning against a wall; and Study of a gypsy girl carrying wood von Filippo Indoni wurde im Oktober 2003 in der Auktion At Home-British and Continental Pictures and Works on Paper bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.645,00 (€ 2.402,67) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Filippo Indoni auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The River Crossing im November 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 14.340,00 (€ 20.628,01).
