Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Artist'S Muse by Fernand Allard l'Olivier was auctioned at Christies in London in April 2008. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,187.50 (€ 1,513.89) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fernand Allard l'Olivier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Lévriers De Musinga in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 98,400.00.

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.187,50 (€ 1.513,89) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fernand Allard l'Olivier erzielen.
