Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.840,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ferdinand Leeke auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Zug tanzender Bacchantinnen vor einer Statue der Venus. im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 21.120,00.
