Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June this year Artcurial held the auction Orientalism Online, which included the work Trabucco et gondoles sur la Giudecca by Félix Ziem. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 22,304.00. Admittedly, works by Félix Ziem have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bateau pavoisé lors de la fête de l’Assomption in July 2017 with an auction result of GBP 191,000.00 (€ 213,126.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Artcurial die Auktion Orientalism Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Trabucco et gondoles sur la Giudecca von Félix Ziem zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 22.304,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Félix Ziem auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bateau pavoisé lors de la fête de l’Assomption im Juli 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 191.000,00 (€ 213.126,67).
