Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A château seen from the front, with a canal in the foreground; and A château and it's grounds viewed from the reverse, with sheep grazing by Félix Marie Ferdinand Storelli was sold in the British and Continental Pictures and Works on Paper auction at Christies in London in August 2003. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 646.25 (€ 927.84) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Félix Marie Ferdinand Storelli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Sire de Mailly partant en 1269 pour la croisade in September 2016 with an auction result of EUR 11,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A château seen from the front, with a canal in the foreground; and A château and it's grounds viewed from the reverse, with sheep grazing von Félix Marie Ferdinand Storelli wurde im August 2003 in der Auktion British and Continental Pictures and Works on Paper bei Christies in London versteigert.
