In June 2014 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Autore 8 by Felice Canonico. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,100.00 38% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Felice Canonico have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sabato 21 Marzo in May 2012 with an auction result of EUR 5,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 38 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2014 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Autore 8 von Felice Canonico zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.100,00 und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Felice Canonico auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sabato 21 Marzo im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.000,00.
