In June 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Two Peasant Girls by Fedot Sychkov. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,317.37), 38% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fedot Sychkov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children With Sunflowers in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 311,200.00 (€ 461,805.15).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 38 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two Peasant Girls von Fedot Sychkov zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.317,37) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fedot Sychkov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children With Sunflowers im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 311.200,00 (€ 461.805,15).
