Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Friends by Fedot Sychkov was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2018. The result of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 33,839.09) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fedot Sychkov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children With Sunflowers in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 311,200.00 (€ 461,805.15).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Friends von Fedot Sychkov wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 33.839,09) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fedot Sychkov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children With Sunflowers im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 311.200,00 (€ 461.805,15).
