In November 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Au Jardin by Fedot Sychkov. The result of GBP 40,000.00 (€ 45,118.78) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fedot Sychkov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children With Sunflowers in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 311,200.00 (€ 461,805.15).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Au Jardin von Fedot Sychkov zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 40.000,00 (€ 45.118,78) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fedot Sychkov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children With Sunflowers im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 311.200,00 (€ 461.805,15).
