In December 2017 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European & Orientalist Art, which included the work The Ospedale Civile In The Scuola Grande Di San Marco And The Basilica Of Ss. Giovanni E Paolo (San Zanipolo), Venice by Federico del Campo. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 68,750.00 (€ 77,368.05). Admittedly, works by Federico del Campo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Peruvian a View Of The Grand Canal With The Palazzo Cavalli-Franchetti in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 682,000.00 (€ 612,483.16).

Im Dezember 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European & Orientalist Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Ospedale Civile In The Scuola Grande Di San Marco And The Basilica Of Ss. Giovanni E Paolo (San Zanipolo), Venice von Federico del Campo zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 68.750,00 (€ 77.368,05) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Federico del Campo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Peruvian a View Of The Grand Canal With The Palazzo Cavalli-Franchetti im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 682.000,00 (€ 612.483,16).
