Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Geometria Liquida by Fabrizio Plessi for GBP 1,188.00 (€ 1,340.03). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Curated at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fabrizio Plessi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mosaico Liquido in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 96,000.00 (€ 137,862.32).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Geometria Liquida von Fabrizio Plessi für GBP 1.188,00 (€ 1.340,03) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fabrizio Plessi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mosaico Liquido im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 96.000,00 (€ 137.862,32).
