Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Frederik Christian Kiærskou could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in February this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings and furniture (postponed) auction, the work Landscape with high trees changed hands for DKK 1,300.00 (€ 174.61) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frederik Christian Kiærskou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A view towards Sorø Academy in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,510.96).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Frederik Christian Kiærskou konnte im Februar diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings and furniture (postponed) wechselte die Arbeit Landscape with high trees für DKK 1.300,00 (€ 174,61) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frederik Christian Kiærskou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A view towards Sorø Academy im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.510,96).
