Auction result fails to reach estimate
When this work without title by Eydun av Reyni was auctioned at Bruun Rasmussen in April this year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had set an estimate of DKK 3,000.00 but failed to be met - in fact, the artwork changed hands for DKK 1,550.00 (€ 207.93). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eydun av Reyni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Faraoese landscape in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 7,000.00 (€ 6,117.81).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Als diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Eydun av Reyni im April diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit DKK 3.000,00 angegeben, edn dieses Werk bei seiner Vertsiegerung jedoch nicht erreichen konnte - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für DKK 1.550,00 (€ 207,93) den Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eydun av Reyni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Faraoese landscape im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 7.000,00 (€ 6.117,81).
