A top price for Eugenio Zampighi - as previously expected
In December 2001 Christies in Rome held the auction ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO, which included the work La famiglia felice by Eugenio Zampighi. The price achieved of ITL 73,500,000.00 (€ 66,059.99) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as ITL 65,000,000.00 – 80,000,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, La famiglia felice is the most expensive artwork by Eugenio Zampighi that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember 2001 führte Christies in Rom die Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO durch, in der auch die Arbeit La famiglia felice von Eugenio Zampighi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von ITL 73.500.000,00 (€ 66.059,99) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit ITL 65.000.000,00 – 80.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist La famiglia felice das teuerste Kunstwerk von Eugenio Zampighi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
