Auction result misses estimated price range
In December last year a collector was able to acquire the work Il cesto d'uva by Eugenio Pellini for EUR 900.00. This price was achieved in the auction 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Eugenio Pellini - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Il cesto d'uva, which sold at auction in November 2020 for EUR 2,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Il cesto d'uva von Eugenio Pellini für EUR 900,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th and 20th century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.200,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Eugenio Pellini mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Il cesto d'uva beobachtet, die im November 2020 für EUR 2.200,00 versteigert wurde.
