Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February last year Christies in New York held the auction Outsider Art, which included this untitled work by Eugene Andolsek. Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,250.00 (€ 2,004.63). Other works by Eugene Andolsek have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,672.84) in February last year for the work without title.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar letzten Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion Outsider Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Eugene Andolsek zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 2.250,00 (€ 2.004,63) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Eugene Andolsek haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.672,84) im Februar letzten Jahres für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet.
