Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Masters Evening Sale, which included the work Houses In Rome, Near Santissima Trinità Dei Monti by Eugen Napoleon Neureuther. The price achieved of GBP 137,000.00 (€ 162,785.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Other works by Eugen Napoleon Neureuther have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2014 the work Houses In Rome, Near Santissima Trinità Dei Monti was auctioned for USD 221,000.00 (€ 163,703.70).

Im Juli 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Masters Evening Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Houses In Rome, Near Santissima Trinità Dei Monti von Eugen Napoleon Neureuther zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 137.000,00 (€ 162.785,64) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden.
