Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 3.250,00 (€ 3.761,26) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ettore Roesler Franz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Prati di Castello" im Dezember 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 26.950.000,00 (€ 24.222,00).
