Auction result fails to reach estimate
In October this year a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Eske Kath for DKK 1,700.00 (€ 227.78). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary art at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eske Kath achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled, 2019 in June this year with an auction result of DKK 92,000.00 (€ 12,350.92).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im Oktober diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Eske Kath für DKK 1.700,00 (€ 227,78) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary art bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eske Kath erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled, 2019 im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 92.000,00 (€ 12.350,92).
