Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Eske Kath could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in August this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern art and design auction, the work Two compositions changed hands for DKK 3,000.00 (€ 402.44) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eske Kath achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled, 2019 in June this year with an auction result of DKK 92,000.00 (€ 12,350.92).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Eske Kath konnte im August diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern art and design wechselte die Arbeit Two compositions für DKK 3.000,00 (€ 402,44) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eske Kath erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled, 2019 im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 92.000,00 (€ 12.350,92).
