Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Schwaz-Inntal-Tirol by Ernst Nepo was auctioned at Christies in London in August 2011. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,552.82) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ernst Nepo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „Tanz in der Sonne“. in June 2014 with an auction result of EUR 50,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Schwaz-Inntal-Tirol von Ernst Nepo kam im August 2011 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.375,00 (€ 1.552,82) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ernst Nepo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „Tanz in der Sonne“. im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 50.000,00.
