Auction result well in line with expectations
In January 2024 Bonhams in Paris held the auction Rebel Spirits, Part IIINon-conformist art from important collections, which included the work Corps/ Body sans cadre by Ernst Neizvestny. The price achieved of EUR 256.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 200.00 – 300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ernst Neizvestny achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Heads in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 42,500.00 (€ 59,511.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Januar 2024 führte Bonhams in Paris die Auktion Rebel Spirits, Part IIINon-conformist art from important collections durch, in der auch die Arbeit Corps/ Body sans cadre von Ernst Neizvestny zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 256,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 200,00 – 300,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ernst Neizvestny erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Heads im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 42.500,00 (€ 59.511,00).
