Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "No Ear for Music" by Ernst Bosch was sold in the British and Continental Pictures auction at Christies in London in February 2000. The price achieved of GBP 460.00 (€ 752.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ernst Bosch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Am Kartoffelfeuer. 1879. in September 2014 with an auction result of CHF 43,200.00 (€ 35,803.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "No Ear for Music" von Ernst Bosch wurde im Februar 2000 in der Auktion British and Continental Pictures bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 460,00 (€ 752,75) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 400,00 – 600,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ernst Bosch erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Am Kartoffelfeuer. 1879. im September 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 43.200,00 (€ 35.803,86).
