Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Ernesto Bazzaro could be acquired at Il Ponte in November 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Il suonatore changed hands for EUR 1,200.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ernesto Bazzaro have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Il Legionario in December 2008 with an auction result of EUR 10,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ernesto Bazzaro konnte im November 2016 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures wechselte die Arbeit Il suonatore für EUR 1.200,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ernesto Bazzaro auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Il Legionario im Dezember 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.000,00.
