However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ernest William Buckmaster - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Morning along the Goulburn Thornton towards Eildon, Victoria, which sold at auction in May 2003 for AUD 27,025.00 (€ 14,959.53).
