In July 2013 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work L'Allumage Modern, Magneto Lavallete Eisemann by Ernest Montaut. The result of GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,142.67) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Other works by Ernest Montaut have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2020 the work Ensemble De Trois Lithographies was auctioned for EUR 1,430.00.

Im Juli 2013 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit L'Allumage Modern, Magneto Lavallete Eisemann von Ernest Montaut zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.000,00 (€ 1.142,67) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Andere Arbeiten von Ernest Montaut konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar 2020 die Arbeit Ensemble De Trois Lithographies für EUR 1.430,00 versteigert.
