A top price for Ernest Daret - as previously expected
In May 2008 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Old Master Paintings, which included the work Paesaggi Con Contadini E Animali by Ernest Daret. The price achieved of EUR 8,650.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Paesaggi Con Contadini E Animali is the most expensive artwork by Ernest Daret that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Mai 2008 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paesaggi Con Contadini E Animali von Ernest Daret zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 8.650,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden.
