Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of GBP 4,465.00 (€ 7,105.22) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 3,500.00 – 4,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ernest Arthur Rowe - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Gardens of Montacute House, Somerset, which sold at auction in June 2006 for GBP 14,400.00 (€ 20,836.56).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 4.465,00 (€ 7.105,22) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.500,00 – 4.500,00.
