In the British Art on Paper including the Collection and Studio of auction, the work The old watermill changed hands for GBP 176.25 (€ 255.32) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ernest Albert Chadwick achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work In granny's garden in January 2007 with an auction result of GBP 1,920.00 (€ 2,896.84).
