In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work A landscape with a river and a wanderer approaching a cottage changed hands for DKK 1,500.00 (€ 1,310.96) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Erik Pauelsen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A young woman with a poodle in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 9,500.00 (€ 8,302.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Erik Pauelsen konnte im Januar 2024 bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit A landscape with a river and a wanderer approaching a cottage für DKK 1.500,00 (€ 1.310,96) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Erik Pauelsen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A young woman with a poodle im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 9.500,00 (€ 8.302,74).
