A top price for Ergy Landau - as previously expected
The work Famille Sur La Plage, Circa 1950 by Ergy Landau was sold in the Photography: Jean Albou Collection auction at Artcurial in Paris in January 2008. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 3,500.00 – 4,500.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 3,718.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Famille Sur La Plage, Circa 1950 is the most expensive artwork by Ergy Landau that we have observed at auctions so far.
