Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Romeo And Juliet by Enzo Plazzotta was sold in the Modern British& Irish Art auction at Christies in London in December 2013. It changed hands for a price of GBP 2,375.00 (€ 2,856.76) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Admittedly, works by Enzo Plazzotta have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Downfall in March 2018 with an auction result of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 21,347.91).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Romeo And Juliet von Enzo Plazzotta wurde im Dezember 2013 in der Auktion Modern British& Irish Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 2.375,00 (€ 2.856,76) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Enzo Plazzotta auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Downfall im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 21.347,91).
