Auction result well in line with expectations
In May this year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Battaglia by Enrico Baj. The price achieved of EUR 28,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Admittedly, works by Enrico Baj have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Grande spettacolo in June 2019 with an auction result of EUR 130,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Battaglia von Enrico Baj zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 28.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Enrico Baj auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Grande spettacolo im Juni 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 130.000,00.
