Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work Adda by Ennio Morlotti was worth EUR 75,000.00 to a buyer in May last year. This price was achieved in the auction Arte moderna e contemporanea at Il Ponte and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 25,000.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ennio Morlotti - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Collina a Imbersago (Paesaggio con figure), which sold at auction in November this year for EUR 160,000.00.
Kunstwerk zum Dreifachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Die Arbeit Adda von Ennio Morlotti war einem Käufer im Mai letzten Jahres EUR 75.000,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea bei Il Ponte erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 25.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Ennio Morlotti mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Collina a Imbersago (Paesaggio con figure) beobachtet, die im November diesen Jahres für EUR 160.000,00 versteigert wurde.
