Auction result well in line with expectations
In February this year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Comic Strips, which included the work Animal'Z by Enki Bilal. The price achieved of EUR 1,312.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Enki Bilal achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Folle Du Roi, 2012 in October 2012 with an auction result of EUR 175,574.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar diesen Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Comic Strips durch, in der auch die Arbeit Animal'Z von Enki Bilal zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.312,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Enki Bilal erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Folle Du Roi, 2012 im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 175.574,00.
