The work Still life with a glass vase by Emmy Thornam was sold in the Paintings, furniture and varia auction at Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm in September this year. Here, the estimate of DKK 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for DKK 3,200.00 (€ 429.02). Admittedly, works by Emmy Thornam have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still life with flowers in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 2,000.00 (€ 1,747.95).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Still life with a glass vase von Emmy Thornam wurde im September diesen Jahres in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm versteigert. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für DKK 3.200,00 (€ 429,02) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Emmy Thornam auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still life with flowers im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 2.000,00 (€ 1.747,95).
