In April 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction The Orientalist Sale, which included the work Man In A White Turban In Constantinople by Emmanuel de Dieundonné. The auction ended at the price of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 34,510.27), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Emmanuel de Dieundonné - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Turkish Beauty With A Narguilé, which sold at auction in April 2006 for USD 108,000.00 (€ 85,551.33).

Im April 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Orientalist Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Man In A White Turban In Constantinople von Emmanuel de Dieundonné zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 34.510,27) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Emmanuel de Dieundonné mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Turkish Beauty With A Narguilé beobachtet, die im April 2006 für USD 108.000,00 (€ 85.551,33) versteigert wurde.
